The Task Manager will open.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong>Select the <strong>Process<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong>Find <strong>explorer.exe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hit the <strong>End Process<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Show Process.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Again, Hit the <strong>End Process<\/strong> tab. Search it from the Start menu\u2019s search window.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Type <strong>%windir%\\system32<\/strong> in the search bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hit the <strong>Ok<\/strong> tab. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy the location of that file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <strong>Registry Editor <\/strong>&amp; edit the registry. Take the backup of the registry before editing it. If any problem occurs, restore the backup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the <strong>Run <\/strong>window again via the Start menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type <strong>regedit<\/strong> and press <strong>ok<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The registry window will show with the path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Services.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Expand the + icons in the window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select <strong>MSIServer icon<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move the cursor to the right window pane.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mouse over the <strong>image path icon. <\/strong>Right click it. Select the <strong>modify<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Edit String<\/strong> box will appear. In its <strong>value data <\/strong>box<strong>, <\/strong>copy and paste the location or path of the Msiexec.exe file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, hit the ok tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now, you need to exit. Go to the file menu and select the <strong>exit<\/strong> option from its drop down list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thereafter, start the computer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Register the Msiexec.exe file.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move to the power button on the desktop to restart it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get ready to press F8 function key before the window displays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Windows Advanced Option<\/strong> menu will pop up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move to the filter tab and select the <strong>Safe mode.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The windows will boot.
